How It Works
Our Process
First Fitting & Consultation
Our consultants and tailors advise on the best fit and style for your requirements. Your measurements are taken — dictating how the suit is cut and constructed — and your relationship with our tailor begins.
Pattern & Construction
After you depart, we translate your measurements into a pattern. Your chosen fabric is cut with laser precision, a floating canvas is sewn into the lapel and armhole, and the jacket is pressed — ready for your second fitting.
Second Fitting & Adjustments
In one of our city stores you try on your new made-to-measure suit. Our tailor pins any adjustments, accounts for size variation since your first fitting, and adds changes to your file for future orders.
Final Fitting & Collection
Usually a week or two later, your final fitting awaits. Stand in front of our mirror, take home your brand-new Joseph Uzumcu suit — and enjoy a garment made entirely for you.
